Anant Raj Industries to list GDRs at Luxembourg Stock Exchange

India  based Anant Raj Industries received commitments for USD 151 million through a GDR issue. Each GDR represents one underlying share in the company and priced at USD 7.494. The GDRs will be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and traded on the Euro MTF market.

Anant Raj Industries announced a phenomenal jump in net profit for the quarter ended December 2007. During the quarter, the company`s profit went up 2.87 times to Rs 1,212.65 million from Rs 423.03 million in the same quarter, last year. Shares of the company declined Rs 2.3, or 0.7%, to trade at Rs 325.
