Luxair B738 in Luxembourg on 23 January 2010, flapless landing

Luxair Boeing 737-800, registration LX-LGT performed LG-712 flight from Tenerife Sur Reina Sofia, CI (Spain) and Luxembourg (Luxembourg) is 131 passengers and 6 crew interrupted by the approach of Luxembourg to the airport when the crew was not able to use the decks.Aircraft took place with troubleshooting, the crew was not able to invest wing flaps and landing was made without flaps.

 The plane landed safely in higher than normal speed.The passenger reported that the aircraft had already been problems with flaps on arrival in Tenerife during the late rise of about 3 hours before the aircraft can depart from the airport and back to Luxembourg.Luxair confirmed that the plane had to make a rapid decrease in Luxembourg.

 The crew had been unable to fully make use of flaps during landing to arrival in Tenerife, the airline has also confirmed this decrease, however, was trouble-free. The plane was later inspected and released for service maintenance.
